Pilot Purpose

Data Collection and Usage
All information submitted to the tool, or otherwise entered into the system during the pilot — including anything you say or type or upload or make available (the “Data”)— may be stored, reviewed, and used to improve the tool, system and product. Data includes conversation transcripts, usage patterns, and feedback you provide. Any analysis will be conducted in a way that does not link your name or personal identity to the content.
By participating, you hereby grant Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, fully paid up, right and license to use any Data, and any other information collected during the pilot, including but not limited to your interactions and feedback, for research, product development, internal reporting and marketing, including but not limited to the right to use such Data and information to train Company’s machine learning models and AI algorithms (collectively, “Models”), which Models will be owned and retained by Company. Data, examples or summaries may be shared on an anonymized basis with partners or advisors under confidentiality obligations.
